In Memoriam | Carlene Fullerton is an artist, educator and arts advocate. She worked in the Education Department of the Saint Louis Art Museum for ten years as Coordinator of Teacher workshops, taught high school art for thirty years in the Rockwood school district, 25 of those years as chair of the Lafayette High School art department . She has served on the Boards of the Saint Louis Artists” Guild , Missouri Fiber Artists and the National Society of Arts and Letters as well as on the educational advisory boards of Fontbonne university and the Contemporary Art Museum. She is primarily a mixed media artist and works in the areas of drawing, painting, embroidery and collage.
