Event Details
The Webster Arts Fair is held the first full weekend each June. This fine arts fair is loved by artists and patrons alike for its commitment to high-quality art in a warm and friendly environment. The Fair is set on the grounds of Eden Theological Seminary in the heart of historic Webster Groves, Missouri (63119), just 10 minutes west of downtown St. Louis. Webster Groves is a charming, upscale community nestled among beautiful parks, public art installations, bistros, and boutiques. Supported by Webster Arts, a nonprofit organization, the Webster Arts Fair features top-quality original art from national and regional artists, on-site food from favorite local restaurants, non-stop live music performances, and creative activities that draw up to 15,000 visitors and buyers from around the region each year. The Webster Arts Fair prides itself on the hospitality shown to its artists and treating crowds to delicious food, top-notch music performances, and unique, creative activities for the whole family.

Application Details
Applications for the 2026 Webster Arts Fair are now open! The fair will take place June 5-7, 2026 on the Green at Eden Seminary. We encourage fine art artists in all mediums to apply!
Artists will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance to participate in the Webster Arts Fair. If you do not have insurance, you can purchase coverage for the weekend through ACT Insurance. They will send the COI directly to Webster Arts and you can get a discounted rate by using the link below.

Saturday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM: Artists First – Artists First is an inclusive, non-profit art studio empowering artists of all abilities. Artists’ work will be for sale.
Sunday, 12:00 – 4:00 PM: St. Louis Dance Theatre – Saint Louis Dance Theatre is a repertory dance company that showcases high caliber artistic experiences.

FAQs
No coolers, dogs or other pets will be allowed at the Webster Arts Fair. Thank you for understanding!
Where? The Webster Arts Fair will be held on the grounds of Eden Theological Seminary, at 475 E. Lockwood Avenue in the heart of Webster Groves.
Cost of attendance? Admittance to the Webster Arts Fair is FREE. But that is thanks to our generous sponsors and donors. If you would like to make a donation to Webster Arts to help keep our programming free and for the community, visit the Webster Arts Booth or scan the QR Code here. And Thank You!
Are pets allowed? We get it – we love our pets, too. But the Art Fair is not necessarily an ideal place for a great pet experience and we would encourage you to leave them at home. If you do bring a pet to the Fair, we ask that you stay on the perimeter of the green and refrain from bringing pets into the artist booths or the Bistro Tent. Service animals are allowed but should be clearly marked as such.
Can I bring my cooler? No, coolers cannot be brought onto the grounds of the Webster Arts Fair.
Will there be food and beverage available? Yes, there will be a variety of foods and beverages available for purchase. Food and beverage purchases support the Webster Arts Fair and keep it FREE. All beverages will need to be purchased with cash or a credit card. No ATMs will be onsite. Thank you!
Does Webster Arts recycle at the fair? We are able to recycle aluminum cans and plastic bottles and cups ONLY. Please do not contaminate the recycling with other items. There are designated recycling boxes stationed throughout the fair, next to trash cans. Please help us recycle as much as we can by not mixing other items into these boxes.
What are the days and times of the Webster Arts Fair? Friday, June 6: 6 to 10 PM; Saturday, June 7: 11 AM to 9 PM; Sunday, June 8: 12 to 4 PM.
I found a pair of sunglasses, where should I take them? If you find an item that doesn’t belong to you, please take it to the Information tent, located in the parking lot next to the food vendors.
I have a permit to carry a gun, may I bring it? No weapons may be brought onto the grounds of the Webster Arts Fair, even with an appropriate permit.
Where can I park? Free parking is available within a few blocks of the Webster Arts Fair.
- Parking for those with accessibility needs is on Lockwood Avenue, just east of Bompart Avenue as well as on the campus at the designated entrance on Lockwood Avenue. Appropriate permits need to be displayed.
- Limited street parking is available on Bompart Avenue and on Lockwood Avenue.
Lot parking on the Webster University campus is allowed throughout the weekend without a permit.
