Yoga in the Gallery
Start your day with yoga!
We are excited to be offering Yoga in the Gallery again this Fall. Join us on Tuesdays at 9:30 am for a class led by Allison Lupo.
Allison has been practicing yoga for 22 years and teaching since 2019. She received her 200 hour certification with Just Practice Yoga in 2019 and her 26&2 OHYA certification in 2021. Allison believes that body awareness, meditative focus, and breath control learned through yoga can touch every part of your life. Classes will include floor work, standing poses, and some flow, with attention on finding alignment and balance, both on and off the mat. Allison welcomes students of all abilities. “It’s not about touching your toes, it’s what you learn on the way down.”
Purchase a 4-class pass for $65 or $20 for each individual class.
