Yoga in the Gallery

Join us each Wednesday (9:30-10:30 am), January 1 – April 30, 2025. Bring your own mat, water, and any yoga props your prefer (straps, block, blanket), as Kathy Whaley teaches an alignment-based, Hatha-style yoga session. Kathy is an experienced Yoga and Pilates instructor known for her supportive style and a growth rather than perfection mantra. She mirrors her students’ movements and gives clear directions in a calming voice. Kathy uses her knowledge of anatomy to offer modifications for students with injuries or health problems.
Purchase a four-class pass for $65, eight-classe pass for $130 or drop in as you can for $20 a session.
